I understand the implications of and comply with relevant legislative, administrative, organisational and professional requirements, policies and processes. I have been responsible for the distribution and receiving of student sporting carnival notes/letters such as all day ‘Lightning Carnivals’ in which students will decide upon a sport and play against opposition schools throughout the course of the day at a selected metropolitan venue. The notes/letters that are distributed contained all relevant administrative requirements including time frames, dates, locations and fixtures. Students were unable to attend the excursion if the notes were not singed by a parent or guardian, which highlights the Education Department and the schools code of conduct.
